Dubai Chocolate Chip Cookie

Viral flavor taking the world by storm! We took the famous Dubai Chocolate Bar and made it into a cookie! It starts with our brown butter cookie dough and we fold in strawberries, pistachios, and chocolate chips. But we don't stop there! We make our own pistachio butter and mix it with toasted kataifi dough (shredded phyllo), and we take a spoonful of that mixture and stuff it into the center of each cookie!
